My Story
I am Ana Brand, a community-oriented cultural coordinator in Middle River, MD. I balance watercolor brushes, herb pots, and a meticulously tracked household budget. My days are filled with the scent of cilantro and the texture of woven fabrics, grounded in my Honduran heritage and a deep desire to bring people together through food and art.
As the glue of my neighborhood, I organize inclusive cooking workshops and art exhibitions while juggling family caregiving and volunteer duties. My work is inspired by the vibrant colors and flavors of my heritage, and I strive to create spaces where everyone feels welcome and valued.
